1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Elixirify Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Glue mobile application (the "App"). You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Description of Services

Glue is a cryptocurrency copytrading application that operates on the Solana blockchain. The App allows users to:

• Monitor trading activity of top-performing Solana wallets
• Automatically replicate trades from selected wallets
• Track portfolio performance and trading analytics
• Receive real-time notifications about trading activity

3. User Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from the App

4. User Accounts and Wallets

To use the App, you must connect a Solana-compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur under your wallet address
• Ensuring your wallet has sufficient funds for transactions and gas fees
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet

We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover your wallet if you lose access to it.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

Financial Risk

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The value of cryptocurrency assets can be extremely volatile. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance of tracked wallets does not guarantee future results
• Copytrading does not eliminate risk and may result in losses
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

No Financial Advice

The App provides tools and data but does NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The information provided through the App is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

Technical Risks

The App operates on blockchain technology which carries inherent technical risks including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, failed transactions, and blockchain forks. We are not responsible for losses resulting from these technical issues.

6. Fees and Payments

Use of the App may be subject to fees, including but not limited to:

• Subscription fees for premium features
• Transaction fees for copytrading executions
• Blockchain network fees (gas fees) for all transactions

All fees are clearly disclosed within the App. Gas fees are paid directly to the Solana network and are not controlled by us. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass any security features or access controls
• Using the App to engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activity
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using automated systems or bots to access the App without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Uploading viruses or malicious code

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Elixirify Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ELIXIRIFY LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or cryptocurrency assets
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages resulting from failed transactions or blockchain errors
• Any losses resulting from copytrading activities

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elixirify Limited and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws applicable to Elixirify Limited. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and by maintaining a current version on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
